Return & Refund Policy

1. Late or Missing Shipments

  • If your shipment does not arrive within 30 days from the date of dispatch, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the total purchase amount.

  • We actively track all orders to ensure prompt delivery and will work with you to resolve any issues caused by delivery delays.


2. Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, we will issue a 100% refund for the affected item(s).

  • To qualify for a refund:

    • Take a clear photo of the damaged item.

    • Include a piece of paper with the date written on it next to the item in the photo.

    • Email the photo to us within 5 days of receiving the shipment.


3. Refund Restrictions

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after placing the order.

  • Used or Tampered Products: Refunds will not be granted if the product appears to have been used or tampered with before you report the damage.

  • Unreported Damages: If no damage is reported within 5 days of receiving your shipment, the order becomes non-refundable.


4. Partial Shipments or Multiple Items

  • If only part of your order is damaged, we will issue a refund only for the damaged item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable in this case.

  • If some items are missing from a multi-item order, we will refund the cost of the undelivered item(s). Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

  • If the entire order is lost or damaged, you will receive a full refund including shipping fees.


5. Replacements Instead of Refunds

  • If you prefer a replacement rather than a refund, we are happy to resend the shipment at no additional cost, including shipping.


6. Refund Methods

  • Mobile Transfer:
    Email us your full name and location. Once the refund is processed, we will email you a confirmation along with the MCTN number. We cover all transfer and shipping fees.

  • Bitcoin Refunds:
    The refund amount in USD will be converted and returned in Bitcoin to your wallet. Please provide your wallet address when submitting your request.
